Free readiness score · 2 minutes
Would your startup survive a 10-minute look by a stranger?
European startup programs in Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands and Estonia judge what they can verify. Answer 8 questions and see your readiness level, your three biggest gaps, and what to build next.
The stranger sweep
Reviewers don't read your story first. They search for it.
A busy review desk cannot investigate. It opens tabs: your founders, your product, your customers, your competitors. Whatever a stranger cannot find in minutes does not count.
We build the things that survive that search. Polished writing comes last.
- Founders found onlineReal dates, roles that match their history
- Product opens, no loginWorks on a stranger's device
- A named customer answersProof of need, not a forecast

- Funds documentedCompany money and personal means, built up over time
The 12-month build
From "we have an idea" to "here, open it yourself."
Every quarter ends with things a stranger can open, verify and date. Not documents about plans.
- Q1
Months 1–3
Make the team real
Cap table, founders' agreement, clean public profiles, one clear customer.
- Q2
Months 4–6
Build evidence that scores
A live product, real users with dates, one measured comparison with competitors.
- Q3
Months 7–9
Make Europe real
A named local contact, a visit with meetings, a hiring plan for your first local roles.
- Q4
Months 10–12
Money, then paperwork
Documented funding, a cost model you built yourself, and a file that points to real proof.
Same team. Twelve months apart.
Month 0
- A slide deck and an idea

- "Europe has a great ecosystem"
Month 12
- A live product at a public link
- A measured comparison with two rivals
- Price × reachable customers, with sources
- Every founder found in 60 seconds
- A named local partner who replies
Where we focus
Four startup programs. One standard of proof.
Each program has its own rules and its own desk. They agree on one thing: the company must be real, growing and built to sell beyond one country.
What we check
Seven areas. Substance × proof.
A great answer with nothing to verify scores close to zero. That is how outside reviewers read a startup, so that is how we read yours.
Innovation and edge
Why customers pick you over named alternatives, and what stops a funded rival copying you.
Problem and validation
A real, repeated pain, and proof someone will pay to remove it.
Global go-to-market
Which markets first, which customer, how you reach them. Built bottom-up.
Model and scale
Revenue that grows without a matching rise in headcount.
Founding team
Product, tech and sales covered, each role backed by real history.
Execution and traction
What was built, tested, sold or disproved, with dates.
Resources and place
Real money, clean IP, and a reason the company needs this country.
See where you stand on all seven.

- Local service businesses: agencies, shops, consultancies
- Teams looking for paperwork shortcuts instead of building
- Anyone who needs a guaranteed result

Questions
Is the check really free?
Yes. The score and the gap report are free. If you want help closing the gaps, our mentoring programme is a separate, fixed-price service: [PROGRAMME PRICE].
Does a high score mean I will be accepted?
No. The score measures how complete and verifiable your startup is today. Every decision is made by the program and the authorities, never by us.
Do you give immigration advice?
No. We are business mentors. We help you build the company: team, product, customers and evidence. For legal or immigration advice, please speak to a licensed professional.
How long does it take to become ready?
Teams with a live product and real users can be ready in a few months. Teams starting from an idea usually need around a year of real building.
Do you work with solo founders?
These programs generally need at least two committed founders. If you are solo, finding the right co-founder is step one, and we will tell you so honestly.
